At Chriz Furniture, we take pride in providing high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and options regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
By placing an order through the Chriz Furniture mobile app (“App”), you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within [7 / 14 / 30] days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase order ID must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Clearance or “final sale” items
- Assembled or installed items (unless defective)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at info@chrizfuniture.site/+2348173970013 with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for return pickup or shipping.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or wrong item delivered, return shipping will be free of charge.
- If the return is due to change of mind or customer error, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees and assembly charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or incorrect delivery.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct an amount to cover loss in value.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at info@chrizfuniture.site within 7 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please inspect the product upon delivery.
- Notify us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after production has started.
