Welcome to Chriz Furniture (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chriz Furniture mobile application (“App”), available on the Google Play Store, and any related services provided by us. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Chriz Furniture App allows you to browse, view, and purchase furniture and related products.
We make every effort to ensure that product details, images, and prices are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all information is free of errors.
Orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are displayed in NGN, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated.
Payments must be made using the methods available within the App. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to change prices or fees at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks—is the property of Chriz Furniture or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
6. User Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content through the App (“User Content”), you grant Chriz Furniture a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services and marketing.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on others’ rights.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chriz Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or the inability to use it.
